Monitor Position and Placement

Improper placement of your monitor can cause neck pain, eye strain and shoulder strain. Avoid the pain by following this tip.
Position the monitor directly in front of you at arm's length distance with the top of the monitor screen at or slightly below eye level. If you wear bi-focals then you may need to position it lower to avoid tilting your head back in order to view your monitor screen.
