Order Cancellations

Stock orders may be cancelled at no cost to you as long as your order has not yet shipped.  Once the order has shipped, the product may be returned if it is unopened. Actual shipping costs incurred will be charged to you.

Custom orders (including seating) may not be cancellable as these are made to your specifications based on fabric and finishes and selected options. These may be cancelled if the request is completed within 24 hours of placing your order. Please call us immediately should you need to cancel your order.

Product Warranties & Use        

All items are covered under the terms of warranty as specified by the original manufacturer. We are happy to send you a copy of the manufacturer’s warranty upon request. Should you experience any problems with your product, please contact us and we will contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement. AEC will help facilitate the warranty for a product purchased through us but we cannot provide any warranty beyond the original manufacturer’s warranty.  Labor for warranty work varies by manufacturer and may not be included.

In purchasing products on this website, you are responsible for the proper use of such products. Although our products may be part of an ergonomic workplace design, they are not health care products or medical aids and are not offered as such. We do not make any claims as to the effectiveness of relieving any medical issues and strongly recommend consultation with your medical advisor should you experience any health or medical concerns. You agree to use all products as directed by the manufacturer and further agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Advanced Ergonomic Concepts, Inc. and all of its officers and employees from any liability from your use or misuse of products purchased from us.

Purchase Orders & Payment Terms

We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and PayPal for all on-line orders. Purchase Orders from businesses may be accepted for on-line orders but first time orders from a business may require additional verifications including a W-9, credit references, and completion of a new client form in order to set up your company in our system.

Sales Tax Terms

We charge Missouri sales tax on all orders shipped within Missouri. Non-taxable or direct-pay entities should provide us with their sales tax exempt certificate with their order.  

Some states outside of Missouri may require us to charge Sales or Use Tax for orders shipped directly from our suppliers within the same state (Drop Shipments). These taxes will be paid and applied to your invoice as required by your state.   If applicable, the tax amount will show when you add items to your shopping cart.
