Our department at a large university in St. Louis has been using Advanced Ergo for approximately 6 years now and after purchasing from other larger furniture companies her product and customer service can't compare with the others. Laurie personally visits each person after receiving a new chair to set that employee up specifically for the chair purchased. We have also purchased the sit/stand units and again she personally visits each employee to set them up. In an age where customer service is almost nonexistent, it is truly wonderful to have someone who cares not only about the product she is selling but follows up promptly after each purchase. I lead a small IT department for an organization of around 1000 employees. In the past, our group pieced together chairs from ******, *******, or scavenged from conference rooms. When we began looking for options to standardize chairs, Advanced Ergonomic Concepts provided us with several chairs to test out including various options for height and body size. Once we decided on the chairs, they worked quickly to get the order processed and went above and beyond to schedule delivery to our requirements, even though it was outside of normal business hours.
