  • Get a tablet case/stand that props up your device at a comfortable viewing angle
  • Change your position every 15 minutes. Shift your hands, your weight, stand up or sit down
  • Use an external keyboard for more extensive typing needs
  • Keep shoulders relaxed and elbows close to your body, and your head in a neutral position
