Follow these tips when you are using an iPad or tablet to prevent neck and eye strain:
- Get a tablet case/stand that props up your device at a comfortable viewing angle
- Change your position every 15 minutes. Shift your hands, your weight, stand up or sit down
- Use an external keyboard for more extensive typing needs
- Keep shoulders relaxed and elbows close to your body, and your head in a neutral position
