Chair Service Call - Level 2- Office Chairs

Service call to assess/repair chairs within the St. Louis area. Includes labor to replace chair parts including chair control mechanisms, seat pans, chair backs or multiple chair components. Does not include cost of chair parts or shipping of parts. Please call to discuss your needs.

Some items may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Please provide us with the serial number of the chair and a description of what's not working so that we can determine if the warranty applies. Photos of the chair may also help assess this. Repair work to be completed during normal business hours.

For customers outside of St. Louis, charges will be individually assessed based on type of repair and your physical location.
