Ergonomic footrests support your feet to help prevent back and leg discomfort! Customize your foot position with the adjustable tilt and height feature - tilts 30 degrees forward or back while the height adjusts to 4 1/8", 4 7/8" or 5 5/8". The locking mechanism on this adjustable footrest either holds the footrest in preferred position or allows you to rock freely back and forth to stimulate the circulation. No bending or stooping - footrest adjusts using only foot pressure.  

Ergo Tip:

Your feet should comfortably touch the floor when seated.  If your feet are firmly on the floor, then a footrest will help provide needed support and minimize pressure to the back of your legs.  Determine what height you need by resting your feet on some books or a ream of copy machine paper then order one of our adjustable footrests that meets your need.  Generally, the footrest should not raise your knees above your hips.
