    Measurements (Inches)


    Measure the width between your elbows, with them relaxed at your side in natural position.

    Measure the width of your hips at their widest point as you are seated.

    Measure from the top of the shoulder to seat surface. It is important to sit uprights when taking this picture.

    Lumbar height to deepest point.

    Measure from the back of your buttock to behind your knee, above your calf muscle.

    Measure from your knee joint to the floor. When taking this, try to wear shoes you would normally wear.
