Return Policy

APPROVED PRODUCT RETURNS

We hope you are pleased with your purchase! But just in case a return is needed we have the following return policy. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your product to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA):

Please provide:

        1. Invoice/order number
        2. Item number
        3. Reason for your request
        4. Include your contact information (name, phone number and email).
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION (RMA NUMBER).  
The RMA number must be shown on all return packages and paperwork.

Once you receive an approved RMA, please ship your return to the following address:

Products approved for return must be returned in original packaging and in new, resalable, unmarked condition with all product inserts and accessories included in the box. Please package your item in a shipping box (ideally the same box that it was in when it was shipped to you). Refunds will be issued upon inspection and approval of your return.  Failure to return the product in “like new” condition or with missing components or original packaging will result in a final sale.  Credit will not be issued for returned items that appear used or that are damaged upon return due to improper return packaging and the sale will be considered “Final”.  You will be charged for any additional shipping charges incurred to return these items to you.  

Special order items or custom ordered products, including seating and furniture, are usually non-returnable.  Please call us prior to placing your order should you have any questions.  Selection of fabric or laminate colors from the web-site is subject to color variation based on your monitor so please request actual fabric or laminate samples prior to placing your order (no charge for samples).   

If you receive the wrong item or a defective item, AEC will pay the return shipping and replacement costs. 

For all other returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred. Original shipping charges are not refundable.  We cannot accept returns sent without a RMA number.  We suggest returning products via UPS, FedEx or US Postal Service insured mail so that you have proof of delivery.  We cannot accept COD shipments.  Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of all items and recommend returning products in the original packaging materials.
